It’s best to book at least 6–8 weeks before school holidays, as popular dates and themed incursions can fill up months ahead.
Absolutely! We encourage you to make the most of your day by booking multiple programs.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. A $100 administration fee applies to all cancelled bookings. Additional cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the activity date:
More than 30 business days: No additional fee
Within 30 business days: 25% of booking value
Within 14 business days: 50% of booking value
Within 7 business days: 100% of booking value
