Get ready to jump into action with awesome movement games! In this session, kids will learn, try, and practise fun fitness skills together in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Children will work on passing, throwing, catching, and even tipping the ball like pros, building confidence and coordination as they go.

A hula hoop is a great old-school toy and certain hoop activities can be used to build strength, coordination, balance, and gross motor skills.  Hula hooping teaches children how to purposefully swing their hips, separate their two sides, gain range of motion in all their big joints, and have fun at the same time.

In this hula hoop workshop children will amaze themselves with the fantastic tricks they can achieve with hoops, as well as have a whimsical time playing hoop-related games. Children will gain confidence and a strong sense of self after learning new skills. They will develop stronger communication skills as they work with their peers sharing creative ways of being active.

Aboriginal artist, storyteller, and educator Rick Roser will bring his rich cultural heritage to your centre or school through an immersive and educational experience.

Rick will work alongside the children to create a stunning mural on an external wall, where they will have the opportunity to learn about and participate in the painting process using traditional ochre, just as Indigenous artists have done for generations.

For those who prefer, this creative experience can also take place on a large canvas, allowing for a lasting piece of art that reflects both tradition and contemporary expression.

Flag Football (Flag Gridiron) is a non-contact modification of American Football, where players pull flags off their opponents instead of tackling them. It’s fast, strategic, and all about teamwork. With every play, children will build skills, stay active, and enjoy friendly competition in a fun, high-energy game!

Grab your dance partner and don your dancin’ shoes, cause we’re here to party! Starting off with a glowing LED hoop performance by Miss Fey Fantastic to inspire the kids, followed by a whole array of dance games, including how to learn some of the most popular classic disco moves!

The kids will all have a chance to win a UV reactive face/arm paint so that they can glow while they dance. Finishing off with free dance time with glowing toys and glow sticks. This is an incursion that will leave the children breathless and amazed!

The “Deadly Australians” is a public awareness programme, educating Australian children about the dangers of the venomous wildlife that inhabit our suburban backyards, bush, beaches, and sea.

This programme uses both live and preserved exhibits with extensive use of visual aids.

Interesting facts, curious habits and little known ‘secrets’ will fascinate the children, making learning both fun and easy.

Dash, toss and aim your way through sack racing, bean bag toss, slingshot target practice, and magnetic fishing.

Explore their weird and wonderful shapes and sizes by examining cases of preserved specimens from around the world.

Get up close and personal with some of our live local Australian insects such as giant stick insects, preying mantis and caterpillars.
